Leadership & Employee Support

Did you know... That 50-70% of all people have experienced at least one trauma in their life (PTSD UK, 2025)?

Trauma can have a huge impact on individuals, teams and organisations, such as low morale, sickness, and challenging team dynamics. We support both leadership and staff to feel safer within themselves, with their colleagues, management and the wider organisation.

The best part: We can tailor the support to the needs of your teams and organisation.

How Does It Work?

01

We will first meet with your organisation to discuss what you are looking for. Do you feel that your executive leadership could use some support and/or is the focus more on your teams? We will also send a confidential survey to gauge which of our services is best suited.

02

We create a plan together. This includes timelines, budget and types of support. E.g. Would 3 months, 6 months, 1+ year be most helpful?

We will put all the contracts together, and 'come round' to meet the relevant people in your organisation.

03

We start the work! We will open up the tailored leadership support and consultations, optional trauma therapy, certified trauma trainings, policy input, and anything else that would help your teams and organisation.

04

We evaluate the work. We will send out the same survey as we send out at the beginning of the work, to gauge how the leadership team and/or relevant teams are doing now. We will write up our recommendations and discuss more long-term support.

Meet your team

All our team members are experienced leaders within their respective fields, e.g. as a Clinical Lead, Managing Director or Head of the Department.

They have all worked their way 'up the ladder' and know what it is like to be a team member, as well as a leader in a senior position. They therefore speak both from experience, as well as from a professional trained background.
